beto88 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement and Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any services provided by beto88 (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and beto88, a Philippine-based online gaming platform operating under the supervision and licensing of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of beto88 services following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with beto88 and participate in any gaming activities offered on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

beto88 services are intended solely for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is strictly forbidden. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws governing online gaming in your location.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with beto88. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether under different names or using different contact details, are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify beto88 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. beto88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3. Deposits and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

beto88 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other PAGCOR-approved payment channels. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at our discretion without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Users may set voluntary deposit limits through responsible gaming controls in their account settings.

3.3 Transaction Processing

Deposits are typically credited to user accounts instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delays or payment provider issues, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. beto88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Users may request withdrawal of available account balances to verified payment methods linked to their beto88 account. Minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00). Withdrawals to GCash typically process within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers process within twenty-four (24) hours on business days.

4.2 Identity Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, beto88 reserves the right to require Users to complete identity verification by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days will result in withdrawal request cancellation and potential account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the User's legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. beto88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.4 Processing Fees

beto88 does not charge withdrawal fees on verified accounts. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are the sole responsibility of the User. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than five per day) may incur administrative fees at beto88's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other marketing offers (collectively "Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. Users must opt-in to receive Bonuses unless otherwise stated. beto88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Users found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face account termination.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on the beto88 Platform operates according to specific rules displayed within the game interface or accessible via help menus. Users are responsible for understanding game rules before placing bets. In the event of discrepancies between game rules and this Agreement, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters directly related to gameplay.

6.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All slot games, video poker, and other digital games on beto88 utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested by independent Philippine-approved testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) under constant video supervision. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and game mechanics, not by beto88 or any external party.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or scripted play
• Collusion with other players or dealers
• Exploiting software errors or game malfunctions
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward beto88 staff or other Users
• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds illegally
• Circumventing geographical restrictions through VPNs or proxy services

6.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects game outcomes or account balances, beto88 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. All affected Users will be notified, and legitimate bets will be recalculated or refunded as appropriate.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 beto88's Right to Suspend or Terminate

beto88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement
• Your account activity suggests fraudulent or illegal conduct
• You have provided false information during registration or verification
• You are below the legal gaming age of twenty-one (21) years
• You have created multiple accounts or assisted others in doing so
• Your continued use of the Platform poses risk to beto88's operations or reputation

7.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

Users may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting beto88 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Users concerned about problem gambling may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from six (6) months to permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or create new accounts. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration. beto88 will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded Users from creating new accounts, but you acknowledge that ultimate responsibility for refraining from gambling rests with you.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the beto88 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, and audiovisual materials, is the property of beto88 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

beto88's collection, use, and protection of User personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect User data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or data breaches.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, beto88, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors, omissions, or interruptions in service
• Loss of data or account information
• Third-party conduct on the Platform

In no event shall beto88's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and beto88, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to our legal department. Only after exhausting these internal dispute resolution mechanisms may you pursue legal action.

12. Amendments to Terms

beto88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Your continued use of beto88 services after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

14. Severability

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
